The company’s Managing Director, Nana Kwasi Boaitey, disclosed the figures during the Government Accountability Series at the Presidency on Monday, November 2, 2026.
Revenue also increased by 19.87 per cent, rising from GH¢60.78 million in 2024 to GH¢72.85 million in 2025. Gross profit climbed from GH¢23.38 million to GH¢35.01 million, while operating profit rose significantly from GH¢2.95 million to GH¢19.58 million.
Mr Boaitey attributed the improved performance to financial discipline, operational reforms, stronger revenue mobilisation and the introduction of extended working hours.
He said management had also introduced new departments, strengthened internal controls and invested in modern printing equipment to improve efficiency and expand the company's services.
The Managing Director expressed confidence that the company would build on the 2025 gains, disclosing that its performance in the first ten months of 2026 indicated that it was on course to surpass the previous year's results.
The development marks a major financial turnaround for the state-owned publishing company as it seeks to strengthen its operations and achieve long-term sustainability.
